My approach to therapy

I provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families for a variety of reasons. I have assisted clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and stress or need help with anger management, assertiveness, marital discord or maybe need coaching for personal growth and development. I use an integrated practice style that is both strength-based and goal-oriented. Depending on what you want to work on, I may utilize various evidence-based approaches based upon the presenting problem. As long as the goals are safe and ethical, my goal is to help you achieve yours in a deliberate pace.

What you can expect from me

I have over twenty years experience in holistic approaches, using an active, deliberate, and a focused style to help people seek their greatest potential in a private setting. We will work together in a collaborative, confidential, holistic, safe, and integrative way to ultimately find balance and what works best for you.
