Great to meet you!

I have been proacting since 2013 and have specialized in crisis support, suicide prevention, sexualized behaviors and job coaching. I completed my graduate degree at the College of Saint Rose. I am also a part of a national Employee Assistance Program and travel doing presentations about the benefits of how mental health and a healthy work environment overlap in every individual's personal life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is CBT and existential based with a relaxed setting which allows for comfort and rapport in open communication. My goal is counseling in a judgement free and accepting environment

What you can expect from me

Client can expect to reach a resolution for the factors of focus which they bring to counseling. If a resolution cannot be reached while in counseling, then they will leave with a plan of resolution which they can continue on their own to continue their personal progress
