Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jason! I'm a nationally board-certified psychotherapist.

Over nearly three decades, I have worked with people from all walks of life, in the United States and internationally.

Following two tours in the Marine Corps and over eighteen years as a civil servant, I went back to school and obtained my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Life experience has offered me dynamic personal and professional development, which I strive to draw from in my clinical practice.

My approach to therapy

While I treat a variety of disorders and issues, I specialize in trauma and mood disorders. I'm a person-centered, trauma-informed, and psychodynamic psychotherapist; this means I use my training and experience to help craft a treatment plan best suited to you, with the hopes of achieving the best possible outcome in therapy.

What you can expect from me

My goal as your therapist is to walk with you on your journey of healing, change, or towards whatever goals you have in therapy. To that end, I strive to create a warm, open therapeutic environment for you. When you are ready, I will be here.
