I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families. My dedication to helping people with life-controlling issues stems from my journey in recovery. I am active in the local 12-step community and regularly sponsor others who are seeking sobriety, as I have been able to break the cycle of generational addiction in my family.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and addictions—including sex and pornography. My approach is evidence-based and draws from contextual therapy, Restoration Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and 12-step recovery.
In your first session, we’ll focus on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain. I’ll ask questions to learn more about your experiences and relationships while creating a safe, non-judgmental space. We’ll discuss goals, how therapy works, and whether we’re a good fit moving forward.
