Great to meet you!

Congratulations on taking this first step toward feeling better and caring for yourself. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply tired of carrying everything on your own, therapy can offer a place to slow down and focus on your well being. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe a healthy mind is key to overall wellness, and you deserve support that helps you move forward with hope.

You may be looking for a space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and work through what is weighing on you. I see therapy as a collaborative process, where we work together to better understand what is happening, identify meaningful goals, and build tools for lasting change. I have worked in the mental health field for the past 25 years, and for the last 4 years I have been practicing as a therapist.

If you are an adult man, a first responder, an ex military member, or someone from a high pressure background, you may want care that feels grounded, respectful, and practical. While I have worked with a wide range of clients, in recent years I have primarily supported adult men, along with first responders, ex military members, and special operations members. You do not have to open up all at once to begin making real progress. If you are ready to take the next step, I welcome you to reach out and begin your therapy journey.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is client oriented. I believe in a collaborative effort between myself and my clients to achieve your treatment goals. I believe that many times the answer is within us we just need some guidance and someone to bounce ideas off when life throws us its curve balls. You and I will work as a team, You will develop your treatment goals, and I will help you navigate the way there.

What you can expect from me

I like to start with getting to know my clients. This will give you the chance to let me know about you and what you would like to achieve in therapy. We will then start working together in a collaborative manner to achieve your goals. If telehealth will not work for you, I also have an office location in Humble and the Lake Conroe Area.
