Great to meet you!

I provide holistic, patient-centered care for ages 7 and up, viewing each person as a unique individual with distinct needs and goals. I do not believe in rushing appointments; I take the time to listen, ensure patients feel heard, and work collaboratively to address their concerns thoroughly.

My approach to therapy

Patients can expect a comprehensive evaluation that includes a review of history, current symptoms, overall functioning, relevant medical background, personal experiences, and environmental factors that may be influencing wellbeing. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and may include psychotherapy, medication management, or a combination of both, depending on individual needs. I am committed to providing culturally responsive care that respects and integrates the diverse lived experiences of each patient. My overarching goal is to support meaningful improvement in quality of life. Ages treated: 7 and above

What you can expect from me

After each session, clients can expect to leave with greater insight into their thoughts, emotions, and patterns, along with practical tools to manage challenges more effectively. Sessions are designed to provide actionable strategies that support meaningful progress and enhance quality of life. Clients can also expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment—one that encourages open discussion, informed decision-making, and improved overall well-being.
