Great to meet you!

I'm Dr. Jason Johnson, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Washington State University. I have over 15 years of experience in mental health, starting as a counselor before advancing into psychiatry. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and weight-related mental health concerns, using a comprehensive approach that includes therapy, medications, nutrition, and hormone support. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where we work together to help you feel your best.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and holistic—I believe in treating the whole person, not just symptoms. I combine evidence-based therapy with medications when appropriate, and often integrate nutrition, exercise, hormone support, and lifestyle changes into treatment. I prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take an active role in their care. Together, we develop a personalized plan that aligns with your goals and values to support long-term mental wellness.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session feeling supported, understood, and equipped with practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. I focus on building insight, improving emotional regulation, and developing actionable steps toward mental wellness. My goal is to create a warm, respectful environment where clients feel safe to be honest and explore their experiences without judgment. Over time, clients often gain clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of control over their mental health journey.
