Great to meet you!
About Me
I believe therapy is most effective when it addresses both your immediate needs and the underlying causes of your distress. While we will collaborate to find practical solutions for current issues—such as a work crisis, relationship problems, or ongoing depression and anxiety—we will also view these challenges as signals highlighting deeper, persistent patterns that can be understood and changed. My aim is not only to help you manage your life but also to foster a greater sense of inner peace and self-acceptance.
My Style
I describe my style as active, warm, and inquisitive. I am not a therapist who sits in silence; I am a collaborator. I provide a grounded, non-judgmental space where we can be curious about the "parts" of you that feel stuck—whether that’s a persistent inner critic, a tendency to over-function for others, or a sense of disconnection from your own needs.
Who I Work With
I work best with individuals who are ready for a deeper conversation. Whether you are navigating a major life transition, healing from past trauma, or simply feeling like "something is missing," I offer a space to slow down and do the meaningful work of self-discovery. I work with individual adult men and women along with those in the LGBTQ community.
