Great to meet you!

I have about 14 years of experience in the social work field working with families. I have served clients ages 0-55. I have an undergraduate degree in counseling and a Masters of Social Work degree with specialization in mental health and substance use. I like to be as practical as possible using a wellness approach, helping clients regain balance in life.

My approach to therapy

I do my best to meet clients where they are at. I have found that sometimes clients need warmth and other times need structured and practical tools. I use a model called Acceptance Commitment Therapy which helps clients map out their relationship to their values and their relationship to pain and suffering.

What you can expect from me

I facilitate an environment that first gives space for emotional processing which often gives the client and I direction on where to focus. My hope is that clients walk away being able to address their "hole-in-the-heart" needs and find genuine healing.
