Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Jason. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MH21391). I graduated in 2018 from the University of Central Florida with a Masters in Clinical Psychology. I have always been intrigued with the human mind, of why we think and act in the ways that we do. I am inquisitive in nature and use this to help my clients work towards finding inner strength while becoming their best selves. I have experience helping those who struggle with issues like social anxiety, depression and grief.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative approach to therapy by tailoring evidenced-based techniques to fit your specific needs. My personal style is client centered and non-directive. This means I serve as your guide and support throughout the counseling process. I want you to be invested in counseling and desire to take an active role in becoming your best self. I believe you are stronger than you know. I also believe the answers you seek are already within you, I need only guide you in where to look for them.

What you can expect from me

Counseling is a journey of self-discovery and growth. The goal is to progress from where you are now in life to where you would like to be. As difficult as challenges and obstacles are, they are the very things which give us opportunities to grow. I will work to provide an environment that is safe, without judgment, which allows you to feel supported on this journey. There is no need to walk this path alone. Contact me for a complimentary consultation.
