Great to meet you!

I believe therapy begins with creating a genuine connection — a foundation of trust, understanding, and openness. I also know how important it is to find a therapist you truly ‘click’ with; someone whose style and personality feel like the right fit for you. Over the past 15 years in the mental health field, including 5 years in private practice, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through challenges such as anxiety, depression, body dysmorphia, OCD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and the everyday stressors of family, relationships, work, and life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and validating — while also being very direct and honest. I’ll gently challenge thoughts, patterns, or beliefs that may be holding you back, so you can move toward meaningful change. Some of these challenges you may already recognize but struggle to address, while others may only emerge through deeper exploration in therapy

What you can expect from me

The first session is the start of our ‘getting to know you’ process. We’ll spend time identifying the difficulties you’re currently facing, while also exploring your history. I’ll introduce concrete skills you can start using right away, so you leave with something practical in hand. I believe that the more deeply I understand how you think, what you believe, and how you respond to the world, the better equipped I am to help you.
