Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in individual and couples therapy. I have over twenty years of experience working with a wide variety of clinical problems. I am most interested in working with individuals who are curious about themselves and who believe that they may find some relief from their struggles by examining their thoughts and feelings in the context of their relational history.

My approach to therapy

I work by listening deeply and reflecting with you on the meanings of the narrative you produce. I am very focused on collaboration and will check in often regarding your experience. While the bulk of my approach involves helping you to develop greater insight into your situation, I will employ cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness based methods in the hopes of providing more immediate relief when warranted.

What you can expect from me

I work to make the therapeutic environment warm, welcoming and free from judgement. Ideally, we will create a space together that facilitates a playful and vibrant self -exploration free from the encumbrances that so often make that type of experience difficult to attain.
