Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with more than 17 years of experience supporting adults facing anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship stress. I bring a compassionate, grounded presence to every session and work hard to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and truly supported as you move toward greater clarity, stability, and balance in your life, at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and collaborative so we can shape therapy around your needs. I draw from person centered, cognitive behavioral, and solution focused therapy to meet you where you are. Together we will make sense of what you are experiencing, notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools and insights that support meaningful and lasting change in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know each other and creating a foundation of trust and safety. We will talk about what brought you to therapy now, the challenges you are facing, your goals, and any questions or concerns you have. I will listen closely, explain how I work, and together we will begin outlining a plan so you leave with a sense of direction and hope about our work ahead.
