Great to meet you!

I want to work WITH you to overcome the challenges you are experiencing and help you understand how your relational experiences, environments, patterns of attachment, learned behaviors and/or habits, etc. have potentially inhibited your development and/or efforts to be the best version of yourself, while also aiding you in developing incredible hidden strengths. Let me put my field experience of 18 years and award winning therapeutic talents to work for you. Let’s make lasting change, together!

My approach to therapy

I’m a very conversational therapist. I use a lot of active listening, reframing, data collection, and tactical praise. I don’t like jargon and prefer to use plain language. I tend to talk in pictures, use examples, analogies, quotes, and compensatory resources to help clients increase their understand of complex psychological concepts. I specialize in using cognitive-behavioral, strength-based, and solution-focused therapeutic techniques along with motivational interviewing to foster change.

What you can expect from me

Your time is valuable to you and to me. Therefore, while we will focus on getting to know one another, I want you to leave interactions with tools and/or strategies supporting your goal(s) towards change. I want to be a value-add in your life. So, you can expect me to work hard for you starting on day one of our relationship and help you understand your part in the change process. You can also expect me to be genuine, responsive, and supportive. Let’s be partners, book a session today!
