Great to meet you!

Every person will encounter difficult obstacles in life, but your past or current struggles do not have to define your future. I have devoted my life to empowering people experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, post-traumatic stress, ADHD, and other issues, helping them find long-term solutions. I provide therapy in a non-judgmental, supportive space with the goal that you will recognize your value and capacity for wholeness regardless of what holds you back today.

My approach to therapy

As a former firefighter/paramedic, I have cared for many people in crises. Now, I am passionate about guiding those in crisis toward lasting mental health. I engage in therapeutic strategies including solution-focused CBT, neurofeedback, accelerated resolution therapy (ART), Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

I look forward to encouraging and assisting you in overcoming any obstacles hindering your mental wellness. Together, we can strive for long-lasting resolution, exploring proven methods to fit your unique experience. Also, to those in the LGBTQIA+ community, you are welcome here. Queer clients have found me to be a safe space for our work together.
