Great to meet you!

I believe each of us experience life in many different ways and encounter myriad challenges and problems on a daily basis. In much the same way an individual’s treatment should be as unique as our own DNA. I will work with you to peel back the layers of whatever it is that you are struggling with like peeling back the layers of a lotus flower until you reveal the hidden jewel within.

My approach to therapy

I help my clients identify the main issues they are struggling with and together we create a plan and begin establishing a path to overcome these struggles. Each session moving towards creating peace and happiness. I primarily use a person centered, cognitive behavioral approach. I have been trained in Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing and many other evidenced based practices.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to be treated with unconditional positive regard; a warm caring demeanor, respect and trust but most of all I will be there in a non-judgmental, caring, friendly way to help you navigate through any issues you may be facing.
