Great to meet you!

When you’re living with trauma, the effects of a brain injury, or facing difficult health or end-of-life realities, it can feel isolating and exhausting.

I help adults navigating PTSD, TBI, grief, anxiety, and end-of-life concerns feel more supported, understood, and emotionally grounded. My goal is to provide a calm space where you don’t have to carry everything alone.

I've been a provider for the Adult Brain Injury Program for many years. If you do not have insurance, please contact me for possible financial assistance for Adjustment Counseling in Missouri through this program.

My approach to therapy

I help clients process what they’ve been through, build coping tools, and move through difficult transitions with more stability and self-compassion.

Together, we’ll focus on what feels most important right now—whether that’s trauma recovery, adjusting after a traumatic brain injury, grief support, or reducing anxiety. My style is warm, collaborative, and paced to your needs.

What you can expect from me

It’s normal to feel unsure about starting therapy, especially during stressful or emotional seasons of life.

In our first session, we’ll talk through what’s been happening, what support you’re looking for, and how I can best help. You don’t need to prepare perfectly or know exactly what to say—we’ll begin where you are.
