Great to meet you!

You never thought you would feel like this, but here you are. You're feeling lost and uncertain of yourself, your relationships, even your feelings. You don't know what direction you are heading or where you should go. You've tried to explain your feelings to those closest to you, but being vulnerable is some scary shit. It's all so exhausting. All you know is that you are ready to make some changes. You are tired of feeling stuck and the changes might be scary, but nothing is as frightening as staying like this. You haven't felt like yourself in a long time and trying to find that version of you on your own isn't working right now.

That is where our work will start. You don't have to do this alone. There are no perfect people allowed in my office. I specialize in relationship issues for both individuals and couples. We learn to build meaning, build confidence, find our values, and find the capacity for vulnerability. I am IFS Level 1 trained and also treat ADHD, PTSD, Anxiety, and more

From someone who knows what it is like to recover from trauma and struggle with anxiety, I'm glad that you are here searching for someone to connect with and turn things around. For the couples who are trying to find their spark again and heal their relationship, I've been there. Just reach out and let's talk about it. we can try to figure this out together.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and relational. I work from the belief that people make sense in context, and that symptoms are often adaptations that helped someone survive before they became painful or limiting. I try to help clients understand their patterns with curiosity instead of shame, while also building practical skills for change.

I draw from IFS, ACT, attachment-based work, EFT-informed couples therapy, and systems theory. In practice, that means we may explore parts of the self, values, emotional patterns, relationship cycles, nervous-system responses, and the stories clients carry about themselves. I’m interested in both insight and action: understanding what is happening internally, and then finding new ways to respond in real life.

My style is warm, direct, and engaged. I value honesty, humor, emotional safety, and helping clients feel less alone while still gently challenging the patterns that keep them stuck.

A shorter version:

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and relational. I help clients understand their patterns with curiosity instead of shame, while also building practical tools for change. I draw from IFS, ACT, attachment theory, EFT-informed work, and systems thinking. My goal is to help people connect more deeply with themselves and others, clarify their values, and move toward a life that feels more honest, grounded, and workable.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a conversation that is honest, collaborative, and low-pressure. I’ll want to understand what brought them to therapy, what they have been carrying, what they hope will be different, and what kind of support feels useful to them.

I usually ask questions about current stressors, relationship patterns, history, strengths, and goals, but I also try to move at a pace that feels safe. Clients do not have to tell their whole life story perfectly or have everything figured out. The first session is about beginning to make sense of things together and seeing whether the therapeutic relationship feels like a good fit.
