Great to meet you!

People say I'm easy to talk to. Here's a little bit about me. I received my graduate degree from NYU and have completed extensive post-graduate training in the treatment of mental health and addiction disorders. Why work with me? I'm a seasoned clinician who has supervised graduate-level Psychology and Mental Health Counseling students from Universities on Long Island and NYC. I'm passionate about the work we'll do together and am excited to join you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

I'm passionate about bringing understanding and healing to people struggling with emotional wounds. I strive to help my clients identify their strenghts, find healthy perceptions of themselves, improve self-esteem, and cultivate insight into the origin of their wounding. My approach is eclectic and we'll use different therapeutic modalities to help you achieve your goals.

What you can expect from me

During our first session(s), we'll work together to discuss your concerns and identify treatment goals. Since one size does not fit all, I'll draw on different approaches, including Psychodynamic-Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), to tailor the work done in each session. Finding the right therapist is about finding the right "fit." Please feel free to give me a call for a free consultation.
