Great to meet you!

As a board-certified LCSW, I believe prioritizing mental health is essential to overall happiness and stability. Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps, so I’m glad you’re here. I have been practicing for four years and focus on working with teens and adults who are experiencing anxiety and depression. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges, building coping skills, and working toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story, and I believe therapy should be tailored to your individual needs and experiences. When we work together, we’ll take a collaborative approach, partnering to support your growth and progress. Building a strong, respectful therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I value open, honest communication. My role is to provide a supportive space where you feel heard and understood, while also gently challenging and guiding you as you develop insight, confidence, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

I begin with an introductory session where you can share your story, your concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll identify goals and create a plan that feels supportive and realistic for you. I strive to provide a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being open and vulnerable while also feeling safe and respected. From there, we’ll continue working collaboratively to build skills, increase insight, and move toward meaningful, lasting change in your life.
