Great to meet you!

I received an MSW from Boston University in 2010 and have been in private practice since 2012. I also work at Brown University, facilitating a program for undergraduate and graduate students in recovery.

In my practice, I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Solution-Focused methodologies to help guide each individual's treatment plan.

My approach to therapy

I strongly believe in addressing the mind/body connection in working with patients, focusing on a solid health and wellness practice while addressing the specific challenges of each individual.

What you can expect from me

In a first session with a client, I will gather a good deal of biopsychosocial information and then discuss the client's reason for coming to therapy and the client's goals. We will then discuss ways to achieve those goals and put together a potential treatment plan.
