Great to meet you!

Hello friend! My name is Jason, an LMFT based in San Diego, CA. Making the decision to seek out support can be difficult, but that decision could be a turning point in your experience. I've been in practice since 2021, focusing on clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

Following our consultation call, our first session will be your opportunity to share your story and ask questions of me to ensure we are a good fit. We'll set goals and create a safe, non-judgmental environment. From there, we work together to ensure we can make your goals a reality.
