Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Jason. I’ve been a therapist for the past five years and I truly find meaning in assisting individuals, families, and couples achieve goals related to challenges that may arise in their familial, occupational, and social lives. I assist clients in making meaning of their current situation and the impact it has on their lives, in addition to assisting with management of anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I truly believe that even in the hardest of times, there is light. I have worked with all gender identities and I take a deep interest in the differentiations of gender identity and biological sex.

My approach to therapy

I utilize various therapeutic interventions ranging from Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Positive Psychology. Overall, I consider myself to be eclectic and directed towards meeting clients where they are and by providing a compassionate, supportive, and safe space to assist with client challenges and to improve lives.
