Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I believe deeply in the power of how we think about and respond to the experiences in our lives. The way we interpret challenges can shape how we feel—and learning new ways to respond to or accept difficulties often opens the door to meaningful change. These shifts can strengthen our ability to manage painful emotions and help us move through life with more resilience.

I've been practicing for over 10 years and my area of focus is with adults who are struggling with depression and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

I believe in the spirit of collaboration in our therapeutic relationship. I hope to work together to understand what's getting in the way of your well-being. We'll look at what’s working, what isn’t, and what changes feel meaningful and realistic for you.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you will have the opportunity to share your experience. We will identify what problems are impacting your life, and begin to identify some goals to work towards to help you move forward. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment and a collaborative relationship.
