Great to meet you!

With my experience as a substitute teacher and teacher's aide, I possess a strong educational foundation. My background also includes working as a Psychiatric Counselor, where I focused on assisting adolescents in understanding social norms, developing problem-solving skills, and managing anger.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a Licensed Professional Counselor in DC (LPC) and Virginia with extensive experience and specialized certifications in rehabilitation counseling (CRC) and a Sex Offender Treatment Provider (CSOTP), I am equipped to address a wide range of mental health and behavioral issues. Whether you're a child, adolescent, or adult, I offer individual therapy to address various behavioral and mental health concerns.

What you can expect from our first session

Through integration of existential therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and life coaching, I help my clients to find overall improvement in their functioning.
