Great to meet you!

People often come to therapy after spending months—or even years—trying to manage everything on their own. My goal is to help you understand not just what you're struggling with, but why those patterns developed and how to change them. I believe lasting change happens when insight is paired with practical tools, allowing you to move beyond simply coping and begin living with greater confidence, balance, and purpose.

My approach to therapy

Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, so I tailor my approach to each person's unique experiences and goals. I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies to help you understand what's keeping you stuck, develop healthier ways to cope, improve relationships, and create lasting change. My goal is to provide practical tools, meaningful insight, and support that extends beyond our sessions.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We'll discuss your current concerns, relevant life experiences, and the goals you'd like to achieve. I'll answer any questions you have about the therapy process, and together we'll begin developing a plan tailored to your unique needs. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
