Great to meet you!

I bring nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of personal and relational challenges. I hold a master’s degree in counseling from West Chester University and a doctorate in prevention science from Wilmington University. With formal training and supervision in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I aim to offer a grounded and collaborative space where people can explore what they’re facing and begin reconnecting with their own resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and relationship-centered. I draw from person-centered, solution-focused, and mindfulness-based perspectives, and I incorporate parts-informed and mind–body strategies to support emotional regulation, insight, and self-awareness. I work collaboratively and tailor therapy to each person’s goals, creating a space that encourages clarity, growth, and meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Therapy gives you space to express your concerns, strengthen your natural capacities, deepen intimacy with others, and approach your vulnerabilities with confidence. The therapeutic relationship can serve as a steady source of reflective, validating feedback within a safe, present-centered, and grounding environment.
