Great to meet you!

I have a very mellow, approachable style, and my main goal is to help my patients reach their goals. Many of the people I work with feel like they haven’t been truly heard before, or that medication was presented as their only option. I take time to listen and make sure you feel comfortable, understood, and involved in your care. I also grew up in an immigrant household, where mental health wasn’t always talked about or seen as an option, and that experience really shaped how I work with my patients today.

My approach to therapy

My approach is centered on being open and honest about treatment options and building a trusting relationship from the very first interaction. I focus on understanding what you’re experiencing and where I can best support you to help you reach your goals. I believe mental health care should feel collaborative, not rushed, and I make it a priority to explain things clearly—especially for people who may be new to mental health care or have never considered it an option before.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we’ll focus on understanding your needs, your concerns, and what brought you in. It’s a relaxed, supportive conversation where we talk about your symptoms, your experiences, and what you’re hoping to get out of treatment. From there, we’ll start identifying next steps together in a way that feels comfortable, realistic, and aligned with your goals.
