If you're ready to take the first step toward prioritizing yourself, she is here to walk that path with you.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a balance of compassion and clarity. I create a space where you can feel deeply supported while also being encouraged to take ownership of your growth. I believe in honoring your experiences while helping you identify the patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck.

Using a combination of person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral strategies, attachment-informed work, and trauma-sensitive care, I guide clients toward greater emotional awareness, stronger boundaries, and lasting change. Healing is not about perfection — it’s about building insight, resilience, and the confidence to move forward with intention.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and it’s completely normal to feel unsure about what to expect. Our first session is designed to be a welcoming, supportive space where we begin building trust and clarity together. Therapy with me is not about judgment or quick fixes; it’s about building insight, strengthening emotional resilience, and creating sustainable change.
