Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about helping people restore healing, hope, and mental well-being. I’m energetic, down-to-earth, and committed to guiding, supporting, and encouraging you through whatever life has thrown your way. Together, we’ll create a safe space to heal, grow, and move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe you are the expert on your life, and I’m here to listen, understand, and support you without judgment. My intent is to help clients see their problems from different perspectives, while support them in their decision making and healing process.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other, talk about what brings you to therapy, and begin identifying what you hope to work on. I know starting therapy can feel vulnerable, so my goal is to create a safe, trusting space where you feel heard and your needs are at the center relationship that seeks to ensure your needs are met.
