Great to meet you!

I am a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with resilience and clarity. He specializes in treating mood and anxiety disorders, including Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Separation Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Panic Disorder.

I am passionate about supporting clients through life transitions whether adjusting to college, starting a new career, entering or ending a relationship, or redefining personal goals. I provide a compassionate, affirming space for individuals from diverse racial and cultural backgrounds, as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community.

My approach to therapy

I take a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to therapy. I understand that past experiences especially those involving trauma, stress, or systemic inequities can deeply shape how individuals think, feel, and respond to the world around them. My work prioritizes emotional safety, trust, and collaboration, ensuring that clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.

I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and strengths-based techniques to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

What you can expect from me

Through a collaborative and culturally responsive approach, I empowers clients to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I am associate with a group practice:
