Great to meet you!

My name is Jax, and I work with all ages. I graduated from Boston College with my Masters in Mental Health Counseling, and am now independently licensed with my LMHC. I use an integrative and relational approach, and I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, and families.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach, meaning I pull from different modalities based on what is most applicable to my client's needs during session. I emphasize a relational approach, and I think the therapeutic relationship is the most important part of therapy.

What you can expect from me

I usually start out getting to know my clients and collecting background information. I ask about previous therapeutic experience, and what the presenting concern is. I like to hear from my clients about what they need.
