Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring experience across across a variety of settings including medical social work, veterans' mental health, diverse background settings and private practice. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation of the resilience people carry and the unique challenges they face throughout different stages of life.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress, and relationship challenges. I have a particular passion for supporting women as they navigate identity shifts, caregiving roles, burnout, and the many responsibilities that come with balancing work, family, and personal well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and culturally responsive. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences without judgment. Together, we work to identify patterns, build coping skills, process difficult experiences, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.

I draw from evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual's needs and goals, including trauma-informed interventions and strengths-based care. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their values, build on their strengths, and create a life that feels more aligned, fulfilling, and manageable.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive space where we begin getting to know each other. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping to gain from the process and any concerns or questions you may have. There's no pressure to share everything at once -- this is simply a starting point at your pace.

I'll ask some background questions to better understand your experiences, current challenges and strengths. Together, we'll begin identifying your goals and what feels most important for you to focus on. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions about my approach and what therapy might look like moving forward.

My goal in the first session is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported, while beginning to build a collaborative foundation for our work together.
