Great to meet you!

Hello. My name is Jay Hong and I am a licensed therapist working in the mental health field for over 25 years. It can be quite daunting to reach out for help and I am glad that you made it here. I utilize an eclectic approach and have extensive experience with depression, anxiety, trauma and sleep issues. I look forward to working with you.

My approach to therapy

I practice from an integrated approach with background including cognitive behavioral, mindfulness and psychodynamic modalities. I have specialized training in evidence based sleep and trauma treatments.

What you can expect from me

I work to co-create treatment goals and facilitate a safe and exploratory environment with clients. First sessions would focus on laying the foundation for therapy with psychosocial history and building collaboration.
