Great to meet you!

I have experience and enjoy working with folks with all different experiences, settings, and varying levels of need.

I believe therapy should be accessible for all people.

I'm look forward to entering your world and working with you to achieve your goals, wants, and needs.

My approach to therapy

I truly have an eclectic approach. Client centered and humanistic therapy naturally aligned with me. Though, I readily utilize several frameworks and interventions, including CBT, DBT, Existential, as well as relying on my creativity and really individualizing my approach with every individual I work with depending on what I find would be most beneficial and what you tell me you think would be helpful.

What you can expect from me

I do my best to create a non-judgmental space, void of taboo or shame where you can feel safe to share and explore.
