Great to meet you!

I help people get unstuck. I help people clarify what they want, help them gain or re-gain perspective, identify what is working and what is not while providing them options for how they want to proceed.

I am a strengths-based therapist that supports and notices growth of clients.

I challenge clients when needed and can be as direct as needed.

My approach to therapy

  • I do not take on the role as 'the expert' with the client playing a passive part. Nor do I listen only, resulting with clients gaining nothing from me. As an experienced therapist I try to find the effective interactive blend with each client.
  • I do not look at clients as broken and need to be fixed.
  • My approach is typically to make therapy be shorter rather longer term.
  • My approach is also to have some laughs or smiles during therapy even though we are here to work.
  • I like to do my virtual sessions outside as long as weather permits me to.

What you can expect from me

  • I create a safe environment for clients to explore, express and learn.
  • I recognize the investment of time and money by clients, so I try to make each session be of value to them.
  • We typically end sessions with actionable steps they can apply.
