Great to meet you!

As a therapist I strive to provide a safe space where you feel free to explore what it means to be you and navigate life’s struggles without judgement. Therapy brings us to some of our most vulnerable moments, and I make it my mission that you feel heard, validated, and free to discover, maybe for the first time or perhaps again, who you are and/or who you’d like to become.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Utilizing an empowerment, attachment, and trauma-focused framework, I work with clients to blend an approach that best suits their needs. I pull from a variety of approaches including talk therapy, ego state/inner child work, emotionally focused therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and EMDR (a highly effective therapeutic intervention for trauma).

What you can expect from our first session

Whether your goal is to wake up to greet the sun with a smile, feel more confident on your drive to work, cease running from your past, or be at peace with yourself and others, I’d like to help you get there.
