Great to meet you!

I show up to therapy as a real person—warm, talkative, and always ready to meet you exactly where you are. My style is kind, non‐judgmental, and a little funny, because sometimes a bit of humor makes hard things feel lighter. I work especially well with LGBTQIA+ clients and people exploring identities or relationship structures that aren’t always understood elsewhere. I’m here to create a space where you can exhale, be yourself, and feel truly seen.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when we’re a team, talking things through in a way that’s both meaningful and down‐to‐earth. While I often use practical tools like helping you notice patterns in your thoughts or getting clear on what motivates change, I explain everything in simple, human terms. My approach is active and interactive—expect questions, reflections, and plenty of real conversation. Most importantly, I tailor the work to who you are, not a one‐size‐fits‐all method.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting comfortable and helping me understand what brings you in. We’ll talk about your goals, what’s been getting in the way, and what kind of support actually feels useful to you. You can expect warmth, curiosity, and a space where nothing you share is “too much.” We’ll end the session with a clear sense of direction, and you’ll know exactly what our work together can look like moving forward.
