Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in both psychiatry and adult-gerontology primary care. I believe mental health and physical health are deeply connected, and I take the time to understand the whole person—not just the symptoms. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel heard, supported, and involved in every treatment decision. Together, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, education, and practical strategies to help you feel your best.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best mental health care starts with listening. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized because every person’s experiences and goals are unique. I take time to understand your concerns, answer your questions, and explain treatment options so you feel informed and confident in your care. Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, lifestyle recommendations, and coping strategies to support your long-term mental wellness. My goal is to help you feel heard, respected, and empowered every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

During your first appointment, we’ll take time to get to know each other and discuss your concerns, symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals. My priority is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences. Together, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan that fits your needs, which may include medication recommendations, education, and lifestyle strategies. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of the next steps and a plan that we will continue to adjust as your needs and goals evolve.
