Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Creative Arts Therapist with a Master of Science in Dance/Movement Therapy. I have experience working with children, older adults, and individuals with developmental disabilities, psychiatric conditions, neurocognitive disorders, and substance use challenges in schools, nursing homes, psychiatric units, and rehabilitation settings. I believe therapy should be a compassionate and individualized experience where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to discover their own strengths.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, creative, and person-centered, with a focus on helping clients develop practical skills for emotional regulation and overall well-being. I integrate dance/movement, breathwork, sensory-based interventions, and other creative modalities to explore the connection between the body, emotions, and mind. My goal is to help clients develop regulation tools they can practice and eventually use independently in their everyday lives. No dance or artistic experience is necessary—sessions are adapted to each person’s comfort level, needs, and goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and create a comfortable, supportive space for you to share what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your goals, strengths, challenges, and what you would like to work toward, while beginning to identify strategies that may be helpful for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and with a clearer sense of how therapy can support you moving forward.
