Great to meet you!

I work exclusively with Women. Why? Women understand Women. We have different priorities, different needs. Because I have experienced these same issues, I can empathize with you and want to support you and help you reach your goals. Helping women live better lives is my passion.

A bit about my approach to therapy

So how can I help you? I believe that therapy needs to be individualized. What works for one person may not work for you. When we meet for the first time, we will discuss what is important to you and together we will come up with a plan that helps you identify what goals you want to achieve. During your sessions, I will listen and support you.

What you can expect from our first session

Depression and Anxiety is treatable through talk therapy sessions and can often resolve in the short-term. Therapy does not have to be a long-term process and often you can achieve the goals you set for yourself within a matter of months.
