Great to meet you!

When anxiety, depression, or life challenges begin affecting your relationships and overall wellbeing, it can feel difficult to know where to start. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, LGBTQIA+ related experiences, and women's issues. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, or uncertain about how to create meaningful change. Whether you're facing relationship difficulties, navigating questions around identity, managing stress, or working through challenges that have impacted your confidence and sense of self, therapy can provide a supportive space for growth and healing. My goal is to help you gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and aligned with your personal goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be flexible and tailored to the unique needs, experiences, and goals of each individual. My approach is collaborative, empowering, and solution focused, creating a space where clients feel supported while exploring challenges and building meaningful strategies for change. I utilize Problem Solving Therapy (PST), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy, and strength based approaches to support lasting growth. Together, we may explore anxiety, depression, substance use recovery, LGBTQIA+ concerns, women's issues, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, panic symptoms, relationship issues, stress management, transgender concerns, and identity development. Therapy is tailored to your goals while helping you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful progress in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you have the opportunity to openly explore what is bringing you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable asking questions, sharing your experiences, and determining whether therapy feels like the right fit for you. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping strategies, increased self awareness, greater confidence, and stronger relationships. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, identity concerns, addiction recovery, or life transitions, my goal is to help you feel more empowered, resilient, and equipped to move forward with clarity and purpose.
