Great to meet you!

There are parts of yourself you have carried quietly for a long time, not because they are shameful, but because you have not always known who was safe enough to hold them with you. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals and people exploring questions of gender identity, and I create a space where you do not have to explain or justify who you are just to get started. I also have deep experience supporting people who are maintaining sobriety or working through their relationship with substances. I work with clients across all stages of life, from children and teenagers to adults and seniors, and my background in music therapy shapes a creative, integrative approach I bring to every session.

My approach to therapy

What matters most to me is meeting you where you actually are, not where I think you should be. My job is to walk beside you as you work through the parts of your life that feel overwhelming right now. Whether you are ready to make changes immediately or you are still figuring out what you even want, we will move at your pace, and I will offer a gentle nudge when it feels like the right moment. Our work might focus on understanding the weight of past experiences, building steadier ground beneath anxiety and panic, or simply having a space to be fully honest about what your life actually looks like.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, I want to create an atmosphere of openness and no judgment. You should be able to show up as your authentic self and say the things that are hard to say anywhere else, the questions you are still trying to answer, and the things that have been weighing on you that you cannot always share with the people in your life. If you are looking for a therapist who will take your whole self seriously and go at your speed, I would love to connect.
