Great to meet you!

You should know that I’m a real, down-to-earth human in the room with you. I balance compassion with honesty, and I’m not afraid to gently challenge you when it helps you grow. I care deeply about creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and never judged.

I believe therapy works best when we work as a team. I bring my clinical expertise, ongoing training, and genuine curiosity about your story — and you bring your lived experience. Together, we figure out what you need, what’s getting in the way, and how to move forward with clarity and confidence.

I’m committed to continued learning so I can offer the most effective, evidence-based care. And I show up fully for my clients — with warmth, humor, and a steady presence — because this work matters.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I tailor treatment to each client or couple because no two people—or relationships—are the same. I focus on helping you understand patterns, build emotional awareness, and create healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

I integrate approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based work, and the Gottman Method for couples. Whether we’re exploring past experiences or strengthening communication in your relationship, I aim to make therapy practical, supportive, and transformative.

At the core, my goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where you feel heard and empowered. We work as a team to identify what you want to change, uncover what’s getting in the way, and build the tools you need to move forward with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you—your story, your strengths, what brings you in, and what you hope to get out of therapy. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to help me understand your history, current concerns, and the patterns you’ve been navigating, whether individually or in your relationship.

Together, we’ll clarify your goals and talk about what a meaningful path forward might look like. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative, so you can expect a space where you feel heard, supported, and not judged. You don’t need to have everything figured out; that’s what we work on together.

By the end of the first session, most clients leave with a sense of direction, relief, and an understanding of how we’ll approach the work moving forward.
