Great to meet you!

I’m an LCSW with experience in clinical mental health, working mainly with adults seeking genuine connection and meaningful change. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for change, so I focus on understanding your whole self—your history, patterns, strengths, and the areas that feel stuck.

I’m experienced in supporting clients with suicidality, anxiety, depression, and stress, and I especially enjoy identity work and exploring big questions like “Who am I?” and “What do I want my life to look like?”

Outside of work, I love my pets, hot yoga, and trying new restaurants with friends. I bring a curious, kind, and grounded energy to therapy and am committed to walking alongside you, not just diagnosing you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical, relational, and reflective, guided by Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) while bringing in tools from Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) as well as Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I see therapy as a compassionate conversation, a space where we are both present, tuned in, and working together.

In this space, we also focus on building environments and habits that support your mental health. I bring skills, strategies, and resources that fit your life, and often incorporate mindfulness, psychoeducation, art, and creative homework to keep therapy grounded, engaging, and practical.

What you can expect from me

All new clients begin with a free 15-minute phone consultation to ensure we’re a good fit. During this call, I’ll ask questions like “Why therapy now?” and “What are the main stressors or areas you want to focus on?” This is a collaborative conversation, not a commitment, so we can both decide whether moving forward feels right.

The first full session is a comprehensive evaluation grounded in evidence-based social work frameworks and assessment methods. We’ll review biological, psychological, and social factors, complete safety screening and planning as needed, review consent, and begin developing a treatment plan. We’ll discuss broad goals and a general timeline for our work together—because therapy is intentional, and my goal is to support you toward independence.
