Great to meet you!

I was led to this path of helping others through my own experience with grief counseling as a child, and hope to provide the same positive experience to others.

My Clinical Forensic Psychology degree and over 7 years of experience in the field has afforded me a better understanding of emotional disorders and various techniques to use when seeing my clients

My approach to therapy

When it comes to my approach, I am CBT focused but also utilize other techniques based on your needs. I have treated anxiety, depression, anger, eating disorders, trauma, and substance abuse, as well as other disorders.

What you can expect from me

I believe I provide a comfortable and nurturing space for individuals to express themselves, viewing the therapeutic process as an alliance between therapist and client. My goal as a counselor is to provide a safe environment where you can explore your primary interests, develop goals and determine strengths and assets moving forward.
