Great to meet you!

I take a warm, conversational approach to therapy where you can feel comfortable being yourself and sharing at your own pace. My work is guided by a Biblical worldview, and I believe real healing happens when we address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients navigating addiction and substance use, depression, grief and loss, anxiety, and relationship concerns. My goal is to create a space filled with grace, honesty, and hope as we invite God’s presence into the process and walk together toward growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in a Biblical worldview that emphasizes hope, grace, and the God-given value of every person. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify and renew unhelpful thought patterns, and Narrative Therapy to explore the stories that shape your life through the lens of faith and meaning. Together, we’ll work toward healing, resilience, and a deeper sense of peace rooted in God’s truth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and exploring what brings you to therapy at this point in your life. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your goals and background, but you’re welcome to share at your own pace. This is your space — a place to be heard, supported, and encouraged as we invite God’s presence into the process. Together, we’ll begin building a foundation for healing and growth rooted in faith, grace, and the hope found in Him.
