Great to meet you!

Life can be filled with incredibly difficult experiences. Therapy needs to be a safe place to talk about those hard things—because if you can’t talk about them here, what’s the point? I am completely comfortable holding space for your real, raw experiences, no matter how heavy they feel.

My practice is warm and relational. Together, we will look at the patterns impacting your life right now, figure out where you want to grow, and build practical skills for healthy communication. As we build trust, we will gently connect the pieces of your past to how you navigate your world today, helping you find deeper connection and healing.

Who I Support

I am an Independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 12 years of experience in community mental healthcare. I support children, adolescents, and adults of all ages navigating:

  • Life Transitions: Processing major life changes and identity growth.
  • Mood & Mental Health: Managing anxiety, depression, and substance use experiences.
  • Neurodivergence & Identity: Supporting neurodivergent individuals, as well as exploring sexuality and gender.

Beyond the Therapy Room

When I am not working, you can usually find me reading, writing poetry, making art, or spending time with my family. I also love watching roller derby and deep-diving into all things nerdy.

My approach to therapy

I am a relational therapist who supports individuals with authentic and warm engaging conversation. Specializations: Gender and Sexuality, Substance Use Experience, Schizophrenia/Bipolar Disorder I/II, Phases of Life, Anxiety and Depression.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will discuss what brings you to therapy, what you'd like to accomplish, and what are some barriers to your wellbeing you might be experiencing. You will be met with warmth and understanding. I believe that therapy is relational, and that trust comes gradually as the therapeutic relationship is built.
