Great to meet you!

I have a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Western Washington University. I specialize in individuals with disabilities such as: developmental, intellectual, emotional, or physical.

I have spent my career working in long-term care, primary care and community mental health settings.

My approach to therapy

I love problem solving! I take a collaborative approach with my clients to help them identify barriers to living their best lives. Together we can create a plan and work towards finding solutions to those barriers- which may include behavioral changes, time processing feelings and emotions, or learning new skills to cope and manage uncomfortable feelings.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a time to get to know each other, establish goals for treatment, and to create a plan on how we can work together so you can achieve your goals.
