Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri, I help women and teen girls (15+) navigate the complex intersections of identity, trauma, purpose, and personal transformation. With a Master’s in Professional Counseling and over a decade of experience in coaching, ministry, and therapeutic support, my work is rooted in the belief that wholeness is possible—even from the places that once felt irreparable.

My own healing journey is a foundational part of my practice. I know what it feels like to appear strong on the outside while carrying silent wounds on the inside. I know what it means to rebuild from moments that tried to break you, to rediscover your voice after seasons where you felt unseen, and to step back into purpose when life has shaken your identity. These experiences allow me to sit with clients not just as a clinician, but as someone who understands what it means to fight for emotional, spiritual, and internal alignment.

My Specialty Areas

  • Trauma and childhood wounds
  • Anxiety and chronic stress
  • Identity work and self-worth
  • Faith-based emotional healing (for clients who desire it)
  • Life transitions and relational challenges
  • Perfectionism, over-functioning, and burnout

My approach to therapy

I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy, helping clients identify the thought patterns shaping their emotions and behavior while rewriting the internal stories that have kept them stuck. My style is warm, compassionate, direct when needed, and deeply collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a safe place to unravel while also being a space that gently challenges you toward growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients often describe me as grounding, intuitive, and affirming with just the right level of challenge. I help you name what you’ve never had language for, connect the dots between past pain and present patterns, and build practical skills that move you toward wholeness. Together, we’ll explore not only what happened to you, but what’s trying to emerge in you.
